The bottom has a candy, creamy, citrus taste that’s nicely balanced—gentle, fruity, refreshing. The feel is easy, not icy.
I’m unsure what a calamansi tastes like, however this pint does have a pleasant, gentle citrus taste to it. I see solely faint swirls of calamansi curd, not the “large swirls” from the pint description. The gentle citrus taste grew on me as I ate the pint—I needed extra once I was performed.
