(New Glarus, WI) – As we speak the New Glarus Brewing Firm introduced the discharge of Enigma.
New Glarus Brewing Firm’s Enigma makes its return to the thumbprint collection. Enigma is a bitter brown ale spontaneously fermented within the brewery’s Wild Fruit Collapse New Glarus.
Based mostly on a standard Belgian-style Flanders crimson ale, Enigma is created by mixing complementary bitter brown ales. The beer is then allowed to age on cherries in unlined oak tanks. This course of permits Enigma to select up notes of cherry and vanilla, giving it its distinct and in some way undefinable character.
Enigma was launched to distributors earlier this month and needs to be out there to all retailers in Wisconsin.
The New Glarus Brewing Firm Thumbprint collection of beers are meant to be brewed one time as an expression of Brewmaster Dan Carey’s love for the artistry and craft of beer making. These beers are made in smaller batches with the beer fanatic in thoughts.
Worker-owned, New Glarus Brewing Firm is situated in Inexperienced County Wisconsin, and has been crafting World Class brews for his or her mates in Wisconsin since 1993.
