Starbucks Japan welcomes the 2023 vacation season with the discharge of the new, limited-time Strawberry Merry Cream Frappuccino.
In case you are questioning what Merry Cream is, it is white-chocolate-flavored whipped cream with mascarpone cheese, strawberry powder, and silver sugar. The mix of the purple powder and silver sugar offers the cream a glittery, festive look.
The blended portion of the Frappuccino itself includes a vanilla Frappuccino base swirled with a candy and tart strawberry pulp sauce. The general taste appears to be a mixture of candy creaminess and tart strawberry–basically strawberries and cream for the vacations.
For a hotter beverage, Starbucks Japan additionally gives the Strawberry Merry Cream Tea Latte. It consists of Earl Grey tea with strawberry juice, milk, and white mocha syrup, topped with Merry Cream.
A Tall Strawberry Merry Cream Frappuccino prices 700 yen ($4.73 US), whereas a Tall Strawberry Merry Cream Tea Latte is 600 yen (~$4.06 US).
Different drinks featured on Starbucks Japan’s 2023 vacation menu embody: the Joyful Medley Tea Latte (the tea is a mix of black tea, oolong tea, jasmine tea, and apricot taste), Gingerbread Latte, and Creme Brulee Latte.
